In winter you will find a cross-country skiing track in the village and another at the Gemmipass (2350m) with a wonderful view - Winter walking trails at over 2000m on prepared trails all the way to Sunnbüel.
The skiing domain "Torrent" at 2340m, is called the Rigi of the Valais. From "Torrent" you can ski back to the village. There is also a small paradise for skiing in the village especially for children.
